The line's single item is a residential venture planned around a cove in Bodrum. It too is at the planning stage: no unit has been offered for sale and no marketing has started.

Taking over and repositioning
The holding's own story starts with a takeover: a venue called “Şamata” in Beşiktaş was acquired and reopened under a new name within two days. The approach is still the same — take over an existing place, rebuild its character, and run it under its own name.
Partnership
Not every venue is the holding's own. Part of the portfolio runs as a partnership: the operating know-how and floor discipline come from the holding, the place and the brand from the partner. Partnered brands are marked as such in the list.
