In Etiler, the place your turn came when the night was over — one of the earliest brands at the holding's everyday end.

It was a room that worked once the district's night programme had ended. The concept was its own name: soup, a door open late, everyday prices.

The venue was founded through a partnership and became the portfolio's first link; every place that followed came after it. The club and pub line that opened in the same district later belongs to the same generation as this room.

That the first step was taken at the everyday end is no accident — in the years that followed the portfolio always kept one cheap, late-closing point beside its expensive rooms, and the counter on the waterfront line took on that same job in Beşiktaş years later. It no longer operates.
