The pub taken over
One of the businesses the holding took over — an early example of its habit of acquiring a place and repositioning it.
It was a room working on the pub model in the district, taken over as a going concern. Together with the club acquired in the same period it made up the area's night circuit.
Those two acquisitions mark the threshold where the portfolio moved from venues it founded to venues it took on; the same method was repeated on a far larger scale in Beşiktaş soon after, and the holding's name came out of that.
Almost no independent record of the brand survives — it is among the items that left the faintest trace in the portfolio. Places carrying the same name exist in the city today, but none of them is connected to this business. It no longer operates.
