The ocakbaşı format entered the portfolio here and was rebuilt in Etiler years later; the ocakbaşı working in that district today continues the same tradition. The brand is counted among the ventures that carried ocakbaşı culture onto the tables of this side of the city.
The period in the district came to an end and the brand later carried on in other hands on the far side of the city; the holding's share had closed before then. Beyond being the portfolio's first link, it has no direct connection to today's items.
