Kebab, quickly
A kebab shop run on the Beşiktaş waterfront, at the everyday end of the holding's range.
The kebab section of the complex on the waterfront line. It opened in the morning and ran past midnight, with seating arranged for quick service.
The holding's copy did not leave the kebab standing alone: the table is not just a main course, it is dressed with generous garnishes and salads and finishes with fruit and dessert. The room also took in those coming out of the club programme on the same street.
Together with the beer house and the counter carrying the same umbrella name, the three worked as separate everyday concepts on one street; even their telephone numbers ran consecutively, dealt from a single switchboard. That trio made up the portfolio's everyday end, and only the beer house is standing today.
