A counter in Beşiktaş that stayed open for whoever was left at the end of the night. The name said Marmaris; the door faced the Bosphorus.
The counter of the complex on the waterfront line. It worked on quick service, giving familiar dishes with sauces of its own.
The copy the holding wrote for this brand carries the most recognisable voice in the whole portfolio: when time is short, when you are hungover, when your stomach turns after a drink, when you are down to your last coin — we will be waiting. The text also describes the brand's own crowd.
It worked alongside the club and the kebab room on the same street — a guest leaving the night programme ate a few steps away. It was the portfolio's cheapest and latest-closing point. It is no longer held by the holding.
