MKR Bitez Konakları

A lodging venture in Bitez, Bodrum, from the period when the portfolio reached the Aegean.

It was designed as triplex structures with three separate pools, thirty metres from the sea, each built over roughly four hundred and eighty square metres.

The internal arrangement ran to four bedrooms, two living rooms and capacity for eight, with two separate kitchens, a jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, a private garden and parking. A cook, waiting staff and a driver were offered on request. The location sat a few minutes from the town centre and a little over half an hour from the airport.

Of the three accommodation items the portfolio pursued in the Aegean at the same time, this came closest to being realised — the other two stayed at the level of an announcement. The property's own website was live for a period but can no longer be reached. It is not held by the holding.
