The programme is being planned around a meze-led evening table and live music. The site is entered in the tourism register as an open-air establishment. Address and reservation details will be published when the door opens; preparation continues.

When it opens it will be the first venue in the portfolio to look down on the water — the shoreline rooms sit at the edge, this garden on the ridge. The area carries a dense set of established neighbours, and the venue is positioning itself accordingly. Until that day, everything written here describes the planning stage rather than a working room.
