It was announced as a building venture planned around the cove, on the northern shore of the Bodrum peninsula.
Beyond a name and a location it left no detail in the record, and no independent trace of a construction stage survives. It had a card in the holding's own portfolio listing, but the description beneath that card was never written.
Villa, hotel and harbour items were announced in the region in the same period; only one of them turned into construction. The cove is associated today with other firms' villa and hotel developments, and the holding holds no share there.
