An Italian table on Biscayne Bay

In Miami, along the waterfront terrace of Bayside Marketplace. Tables outdoors and a frontage that opens onto the bay; the kitchen is classic Italian — pasta, pizza, seafood. Evening service runs late.

The restaurant occupies the wing of a bayside shopping and entertainment complex that faces the marina. Seating comes in two layers: an outdoor terrace under awnings and an enclosed room behind it. The district's observation wheel turns directly above the terrace, and much of the evening light arrives from there and from the neighbouring shopfronts.

The list of dishes is kept to a single page and stands out front on an easel, so that passing crowds can see the options before they sit down. The kitchen holds one line all day; at midday the room fills with visitors coming off boat tours, in the evening with regulars spending time in the complex. Service is built around the rhythm of the terrace rather than the room behind it.

This is the portfolio's only operating dining record outside Turkey. It sits among the brands the holding partners with; it is not a venue the holding owns on its own. It belongs under the same roof as the Istanbul rooms, but it works to the rhythm of another shoreline and another time zone.
