Sığınak
In Bebek, at the upper end of İnşirah Caddesi. Where the evening starts at the table and keeps going well into the night — closing time here is a suggestion, not a rule.
On the upper side of Bebek, at the end of the road that climbs inland from the shore. It was set up as a night venue outright rather than a restaurant — both its official classification and the way it works say so.
The door stays open through the night and closes in the first hours of morning. The name is the definition of the job: somewhere to take refuge in the night. The brand's language was built in English from the outset and its communication runs that way — a new address looking for a crowd of its own on the district's night side.
It entered the portfolio through partnership; the holding is a shareholder here rather than sole owner. What separates it from the other brands on the shore is that it takes on the night itself instead of dinner — an evening begun at a table nearby looks here for its continuation. The programme is announced weekly and entry is settled at the door.
