Bebek Balık Lokal

The water's own kitchen

The fish side of the same shoreline. Whatever the season brings is what gets cooked; the menu follows the counter, and the table keeps the rhythm of a rakı evening.

The seafood section of the complex. The list is rebuilt every morning around the counter; nothing out of season is promised and the day's surprises are written up separately.

Alongside come salads prepared with Aegean herbs and a range of olive-oil dishes, with desserts kept as their own section. The holding's own copy puts it plainly: a table set for those who know that fish is a culture in itself. It widens the range without leaving the classical line.

This room carries the oldest function in the building — the address was a fish restaurant before it entered the portfolio, and while the name changed the kitchen's direction did not. What separates it from the meat and meyhane sections is that its list is rebuilt daily; the rakı-table format moves from meze to main course on a single rhythm.
