Bebek Boom

Operated on the upper floor of the building on Cevdet Paşa Caddesi. The other concepts at that address remain open today.

It occupied the top level of the waterside complex and used the frontage that faces the sea. The concept preceding it at that level worked all day, opening with breakfast and carrying on into the night with music.

The concept sat on the new-generation meyhane line, and the holding's copy gathered the job under three headings: good food, good music, a good time. Unlike the meat and fish rooms below, this floor built the evening around a programme.

Five separate concepts were running in the same building at the time. Branding a structure floor by floor was the portfolio's method at this address, and the same method continues today. This floor is not held by the holding; the concepts below remain open.
